Your satisfaction with your new Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection Vest is important to us. We stand behind all of our vests and offer you our Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty applies to defects in the material and workmanship of Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection Vests. This warranty is valid for rodeo use only and is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

What does the warranty cover?

Vests supplied by Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection are to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal rodeo use .

How long does the warranty last?

This warranty applies only to the initial purchaser and is non-transferable.

What will Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection do?

Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under the warranty. Should the vest be deemed defective under the warranty Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection will either repair or replace it. In keeping with our policy of continued product improvement Crooked Horn Cowboy Protection reserves the right to change product specifications without notice. If a warranty claim is filed after a vest has become obsolete, or has undergone design changes, we will honour the warranty as follows:

Replace the defective component with a new component of the same style.

OR

Replace the vest with a similar or comparable style.

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover or extend to:
Damage caused by improper handling or storage; intentional damage, product modifications, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Some limitations may apply.
